Consumer Rights: Withdrawal, Cancellation and Return Conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal:

Customers have the right to withdraw from a course purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of order confirmation without providing any reason. This right is applicable as long as the course has not been accessed or started. To exercise this right, customers must notify the course provider in writing (via email or the website’s contact form) before the 14-day period expires.

2. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. There will be no additional fees for the reimbursement. If a course is canceled by the provider, all fees paid will be refunded in full. However, once the course materials have been accessed or the course has commenced within the 14-day withdrawal period, no refund will be provided.

3. Conditions for Refunds:

  • Full Refund: Granted if the withdrawal request is made within 14 days and before accessing the course materials.
  • No Refund: If the course has been accessed or started within the 14-day period, or if the withdrawal request is made after this period.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to courses that have been accessed or started, as these are considered digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.

5. Provider’s Right to Cancel:

The course provider reserves the right to cancel a course. In such cases, all fees will be refunded to the customer.

6. Disputes and Complaints:

In case of dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery, customers are encouraged to first contact the course provider to seek resolution. If the issue remains unresolved, customers may seek further legal options according to the local consumer protection laws.
